Overview
The shepherd on this antique Delft tile most likely had the best looking hat in the field. Maybe it was a cold winter and he wanted to make sure he kept his head warm. The tile was made around 1760 in the Dutch city of Rotterdam and is in a great condition with two minor chips in the glaze (hardly visible).
