Overview
This Delft tile dates from around 1650 and depicts a bird in flight. It was made in the Dutch city of Harlingen. The tile is decorated with 'ox-head' corner motifs and of the same firing as the earlier published tile with a parrot. It is in a good condition with the normal superficial wear and some chips along the sides and corners.
