This rare antique Delft tile depict two shepherds near a canal. A part of their small herd (a goat and a sheep) is depicted next to them. The tile dates from the 18th century (c. 1760) and was most likely made in the Dutch city of Rotterdam. It is decorated with 'rosette' corner motifs and is in a mint condition.
