This rare scene depicts two figures in the water, of which one seems to be drowning as we can only see a pair of legs above the water. The other figure in the water seems to be doing well and is clearly not noticing that something is wrong. Fortunately, there is a spectator on the shore who witnesses it all. We assume that he makes the other swimmer aware of the situation, so he can rescue his companion. The tile was made during the 2nd half of the 18th century and is decorated with 'spider' corner motifs. It is overall in a good condition.
