Overview
This Delft tile dates from around 1630, possibly even a bit earlier. It depicts a beautiful Fritillaria flower (Snake's Head) in blue and orange. The corners are decorated with the 'three-dot' motif and overall the tile is in a very good and solid condition. It has a few minor chips and bits along the sides, but considering its age of c. 400 years, it is in a superb condition. The tile is as thick and solid as a floor tile, indicating its early age.
