Overview
This antique Delft tile dates from around 1660 and depicts a hunter blowing on the horn while holding a spear. The figure is clearly a hunter, as he is dressed in clothing suiting the occasion. The tile was made in the Dutch city of Harlingen and is decorated with 'ox-head' corner motifs. It is overall in a very good condition.
