Lovely and very thick antique Delft tile in blue with a man smoking a tobacco pipe. The man is wearing very recognizable 17th century clothing. The tile dates from around 1630 and is decorated with lily corner patterns and balusters at the sides. Although it is in a good condition, it does have several professional restorations near the pipe, at the corners and sides.
