This Delft tile mural depicts a charming bird cage in manganese on six tiles. It is the home of a yellow canary. The cage is decorated with a flower ornament. On the left side of the cage the feeding basket can be found, while a drinking bowl is depicted on the right side. The mural was made around 1840 and is overall in a good condition. Do note that two tiles have glued and restored fractures, which is almost always inevitable for tile murals this age. It comes completely prepared to be reused for a new tiling project.
