P-2 series – Tulips
The P-24 series is based on an original 17th-century set of reclaimed Delft tiles, each one featuring the iconic Dutch tulip. The tiles are decorated with a classic version of the Fleur-de-Lis corner motif and finished with pinholes and crackeld finish for an extra authentic touch. The photos show the series painted on a our Blue mix base. This is our standard configuration, but we’re happy to adjust the colour mix, finish, or other details to suit your project.
16 unique scenes
This series includes 16 unique tulip designs, all hand-painted and faithfully recreated from a beautiful antique 17th century reclaimed set in blue. Each tile shows a different tulip framed in a diamond shape, with variations in shape, and size that make the set feel lively and full of character. The variety keeps the overall look fresh and interesting, especially when used in a larger installation. And since every tile is painted by hand, each one has its own unique charm and flow, perfect for bringing a touch of Dutch history to any wall.
Pinholes in the corners
Pinholes were part of the tile production process before 1860. A wooden board was used to stabilize the clay during cutting, leaving small pin marks - typically two, three, or four. This enhancement can be added to these tiles to recreate this authentic imperfection, contributing to their historic look and feel.
Crackled finish
Crazing refers to the fine network of hairline cracks that appear over time on antique ceramics, including Delft tiles. It occurs naturally with age, but we offer it as an optional finish to evoke the same aged appearance. If you're looking for a more antique, timeworn look, the crackled finish is a perfect match for this series.

These Delft tiles are produced using traditional methods, leading to slight variations in color, size, and design. These natural differences enhance their authenticity and character. While not machine-made to uniform precision, each tile meets high-quality standards and is suitable for many indoor installations. With proper care, these tiles can last for decades.
